I loved this hotel

All good. Restaurant food is very good. The pool is cleaned daily. The smoking area is away from other guests so no issues. I will choose to stay here again next holiday.

Shower slow drainage is a minor problem not a worry.

Really comfortable stay overall. Great value for money in a safe neighborhood.

Clean rooms, large apartment. Freshly very safe and secure. Good amenities with a proper kitchen. Close to mall and dining nearby.

Bathrooms could have been a bit nicer. Some sink flies that were unattractive

I asked for an early check-in thru app i thought they confirmed but apparently it was not arranged, they said they don't check requests booked thru app so call them if you have special requests

Reasonable good Hotel in Davao

Nice, large and clean rooms. The swimming pool and the restaurant are nice. The majority of the staff are helpful and friendly.

It seems that Guests having booked throgh Booking.com are being more likely to be given one of older, not renovated Rooms. Problems with bad draining showers are annoying. The 200PHP pP pVisit is a bit excessive.

Clean, friendly, great food.

Could get quite hot in the living room with the one air-conditioner in the bedroom. Receptionist was a bit too bullish, but the staff were very nice and helpful.

-wifi needs improvement especially if you are staying in their building across the main office. -since the location is in the subdivision, you have to leave your ID card to get in, which I am uncomfortable since my IDs are overseas and would be a headache if they get it lost
